I set out to create this episode because I knew something needed to change in my life. I found myself just going through the motions and I becoming complacent with my work and personal goals. Like many of my episodes, I thought “If I’m experiencing this, other people are as well.” I wanted to find a way for me to not only improve my life but find a resource for others to do that same. It was at that point that I was introduced to Brian Cain.
